Reno, NV (July 1, 2020) – One man was killed in a motorcycle accident that was reported on Monday evening, June 29th, in Reno. According to authorities, the fatal collision took place at or near the intersection of Kietzke Lane and Taylor Street at approximately 6:22 p.m.
Officers with the Reno Police Department said that a 39-year-old male on a motorcycle collided with another vehicle between Roberts Street and Miami Way. Emergency responders arrived at the scene where they found the motorcyclist unresponsive in the roadway.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene and the driver of the vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries. At this time, the events that led to this incident remain under investigation.
RPD officials have not released the identities of those involved or any further information.
