I took a leap and left my last job to come and begin a new journey here at Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm and I couldn’t be happier. I would say professionally I am known for having a really good memory. Once I learn about a certain file or client’s case, I don’t forget it, especially when it comes to their names or just those little intimate details you get out of each and every one of them through the time you work on the file. In the last 5 years, I have learned a ton of stuff just in the medical aspect of these claims, as well as tiny details about the providers themselves. It may seem useless to some, but to me it is what makes me good at my job. I would say anytime I have had interaction with clients, I am good at communicating with them. They, like us, just want to be heard and know that their case is being taken care of. I love to learn. Anytime I am given the opportunity to learn a new skill or piece of information, I feel I am excelling. I believe, in this field, you can never know too much. Each and every day is different and there is always room in your career to grow. I have been with the firm since November 2012.Amy Freeman

After working with Adam S. Kutner for almost 4 years, I had heard nothing but amazing things about Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm from different people I knew and decided to apply. I have great customer service skills and a great attitude, and I enjoy going that extra mile to help the client feel more comfortable. While working with Attorney Adam S. Kutner, I started off as a receptionist, worked my way up to lead receptionist, got promoted to work beside him as one of his personal assistants, then to Negotiating Assistant, then promoted to the Demand Department and one last time to Claims Assistant. I have always been interested in working for a law firm. Previously, I worked at Med-R, where I requested records. I have been with the firm for more than five years.Melissa D. Graham
Chief Operating Officer
Melissa D. Graham
Melissa Graham is the COO of Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, which also encompasses The Defenders and Ticket Busters. At the age of 19, she began working at a law firm and quickly knew this was her line of work, her passion. Melissa attended the University of San Diego, where she graduated top of her class from its top-rated paralegal program. From there, she identified Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm as a great place to truly launch her career. Her first roles there were as a litigation paralegal and prelitigation case manager. With several years under her belt, she continued to expand her experience by moving to a leadership position at a small personal injury law practice. There, she expanded her role by assisting with the business side of the legal operation. This provided Melissa with a comprehensive perspective of all facets of running a successful law firm: Internal staffing and human resources, client service, case management, and financial operations. Always looking to grow and conquer the next professional challenge, the timing was right to return to Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, where its founder welcomed her back. Almost immediately, she rose to become the COO, running the day-to-day operations of the firm and supervising a team of over 50. Today, the team has grown to nearly 125, and the firm is Nevada’s largest and highest rated personal injury law firm. All of Melissa’s hard work led to an unexpected “next phase” of her career. Melissa occasionally gave presentations at industry networking events, and personal injury law firms across the country became aware of Melissa’s talents. She began working part time as an operations consultant with Vista Consulting Team, a group of accomplished consultants hired by PI law firms across the country to take them to the next level. With the continued growth of Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, she returned to her full-time role as COO. Colleagues describe her as having an unquenchable thirst for learning, soaking everything up like a sponge. She misses little in her interactions, swiftly sizing up people and problems. These personality traits combine with her deep law firm experience make her invaluable to the many firms she helps. Melissa, born and raised in San Diego, has been a Las Vegas resident since 2002. She is the proud mother of two, and enjoys the outdoors, hiking, cycling and running.Michael Pagana

One of the lawyers I worked for previously now works for Richard Harris Law Firm and brought me over to join the firm. We strive hard to achieve excellent client relations, doing so with a dedication to getting the best result possible for each client. My clients would say that I listen to them. A lot of personal injury clients just want someone who will truly listen. I have compassion and understanding of what my clients are going through and want to make the process as easy for them as possible. I want them to worry about getting their treatment and getting better and not worry about how their case is going.Nicole Griffin

I have known the Harris family for a long time, and when Josh offered me a job at his firm, I couldn't say no. I am organized and I have lots of patience when it comes to talking with people. I am a perfectionist; I think this comes from years spent detailing cars. Things need to be done right, and not even the smallest detail can be overlooked. At the end of a project, I like to look back at it and know that I did everything I could to make the end result the best it could be. I have been working in the legal field since 2015.Samantha Chian

I didn't know much about Richard Harris until a close friend of mine started working here and told me all about how incredible it was to work for this firm. I wasn't happy at my last job, so I knew that I had to at least try to apply. I was lucky enough to be offered a job here less than two weeks after I sent in my application. Best decision I've made thus far.I've always been told that I pick up on things pretty quickly. It doesn't seem to take me long to learn and retain new things once they've been taught to me.I seem to have a knack for not taking things personally and being able to settle a situation when things get out of hand.I have mainly worked in retail and food service. I've spent time working at Starbucks, In N' Out, and Barnes & Noble. Before I came to Richard Harris, I spent almost 2 years with Glen Lerner's office, first as a receptionist and then as an intake specialist.I'm one of the first people that new clients meet with when they come in for help, and to most of them, this is a completely new and scary experience. I love being able to explain to the clients what to expect next and ease any anxieties they might have with this whole process.I have been working in the legal field since 2016.Victor Flores
