Whitney, NV (July 27, 2020) – An auto collision that took place at an intersection in Whitney caused injuries this past Sunday afternoon. 

According to local news sources, the crash happened at the intersection of East Sun Valley Drive and South Nellis Boulevard just before 1:00 p.m. when at least two cars collided with one another for reasons that have yet to be disclosed by authorities. 

Emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene in order to assist those who sustained injuries in the crash, however, the identities of the injured victims have yet to be released.

While police conducted an investigation at the crash site, the intersection was closed off to traffic. The roadway was reopened by authorities a short time after the incident took place. 

No further details have been released at the present time as authorities continue their investigation into the details of the collision.
