Las Vegas, NV (July 23, 2020) – One man lost his life in an auto collision reported early Wednesday morning. Just before 2:30 a.m., on July 22, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the site of a collision on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
Reports provided by the police show that a male pedestrian was traveling across Las Vegas Boulevard near the intersection with Wigwam Avenue when he was struck by a white Lexus sedan, which was traveling northbound on the road. The pedestrian sustained critical injuries in the accident. Authorities arrived at the scene of the crash and attempted to render aid to the victim. However, the man succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.
The LVMPD is currently investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
