Whitney, NV (July 9, 2020) – A car accident caused injuries at a local intersection in Whitney yesterday morning.
Authorities and paramedics responded to the scene of the accident that occurred at the intersection of Denning Street and Hacienda Avenue at approximately 10:33 a.m. on July 8th.
Injuries were reported to have taken place during the collision, though the extent of any injuries suffered and the identities of any injured victims have yet to be disclosed. Paramedics were observed assisting injured victims at the accident scene, however, the number of individuals treated has not been released.
The reason the collision took place also remains under investigation by authorities.
The intersection in the area that the incident took place was shut down for a period of time following the collision.
Police will continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
