North Las Vegas, NV (July 1, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with another vehicle that took place on N MLK Boulevard, in the vicinity of June Avenue. It occurred on Saturday afternoon, June 27th, at approximately 1:12 p.m.

According to law enforcement, the operator of the motorcycle as heading north when a westbound sedan on June Avenue made a left turn in front of the rider, and the two vehicles collided. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene.

First responders transported the motorcyclist to UMC Trauma where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. The driver of the vehicle involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The events that led to this incident are under investigation.
