The show, modeled after existing court TV shows like Divorce Court and Paternity Court, follows real cases in the Atlanta, GA, courtroom of Judge Gino Brogdon. Personal Injury Court uses videos, testimony, accident recreation and eyewitness accounts to determine who is responsible for the injuries presented in each case. Harris will serve as one of the legal commentators discussing the facts and judgments of the cases presented.
