Incline Village Crash On State Route 28 Leaves Pedestrian Dead
Incline Village State route 28 in LakeTshoe was the scene of a deadly pedestrian vs vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.
The Nevada State Police are investigating the crash that left a pedestrian dead.
Nevada Highway Patrol were called to the scene just before 7 a.m. and closed SR-28 in both directions between Northwood Boulevard and Village Boulevard for several hours due to the crash.
According to the preliminary investigation a vehicle was heading north on State Route 28 around 6:05 a.m. when it struck a pedestrian.
Nevada Highway Patrol located the vehicle involved in the crash and the driver has cooperated with police.
It has not been released as to what caused the crash and the name of the deceased has not been released.
