Multi-Vehicle Crash Leaves Pedestrian Dead In Spring Valley.
A multi-Vehicle crash has left one dead in Spring Valley on Wednesday. The accident happened at 1:49 p.m. on northbound Valley View Boulevard and Desert Inn Road.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, a Ford F-150 was traveling northbound on Valley View in the left lane and was attempting to move to the middle lane. At the same time a Ram 1500 swerved right to avoid the Ford. The tires of both trucks collided and then the Ram’s right also hit a Freightliner truck that was traveling in the right lane.
The Ram then left the road and hit a pedestrian who was walking on the sidewalk.
First responders attempted life saving measures at the scene, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead at UMC trauma center.
Neither of the drivers are suspected of impairment.
