Pedestrian killed on the I-15 in Las Vegas
Police have stated that a pedestrian was killed Tuesday morning in the south bound lane on the I-15 in Las Vegas. The victim was walking on the freeway and was struck by several vehicles.
The south bound lanes were closed for half the day while the scene was investigated. Drivers remained on scene are were cooperating with police. There was no evidence
of alcohol or other impairment being the cause of this tragic incident.

Pedestrians in roadway deaths are outpacing death rates for the flu, and other common ailments, so much so the issue was declared an epidemic by the State of Nevada.
