East Valley Crash Leaves E-Bike Rider Dead
Metropolitan Police were called to the scene of an accident involving an E-bike and a Vehicle Saturday on Frank Street and Baltimore Street in the East Valley.
The E-bike rider was heading northbound on Frank Street and didn’t stop at the stop sign and entered the intersection while the car involved entered the intersection traveling eastbound on Baltimore Street.
The e-bike rider hit the car and then collided with the parked car.
The E-bike rider was transported to UMC Trauma center by ambulance, he later died of his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and did not have signs of impairment according to police.The name of the deceased has not been released.
