Woman On Scooter Dies After Crash With SUV On Valley View Blvd And Twain Avenue
A woman who was riding a scooter on Thursday night just after 5p.m was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident involving an SUV.
The accident happened just west of the strip and the I-15 at the intersection of Valley View Boulevard and Twain Avenue according to police.
Medical personal pronounced the female driver of the scooter dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV did stop after the crash. According to police impairment was suspected a the time of the accident.
This crash caused significant traffic back up while police investigated the accident with all north and south bound lanes blocked from Train Avenue and Spring Mountain Road.
Both the victim and the driver of the SUV’s identified have not been released at this time.
