Man dead after his vehicle strikes safety barrier in Nevada
On Sunday morning, Nevada State Police responded to an accident on the northbound off ramp of U.S. 95 at Elkhorn Road. At 3:02 a.m., a Honda Passenger vehicle failed to stay within its marked travel lane and collided with an impact attenuator. The driver, a male adult, was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident, and the area was closed while they looked into the incident.
