Man, 57 years-old killed on motorcycle in Las Vegas, NV


The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police confirmed a fatal accident on Saturday night in Las Vegas. The incident occurred southbound on South Rainbow Boulevard, towards West Sahara Avenue, and involved a 2015 Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout FXSB and a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The rider of the motorbike was ejected from the vehicle and landed in the northbound lanes, where he was hit by the Rogue. Sadly, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim has yet to be released by the authorities.

The LVMP is currently investigating the matter, and further details will be made available when the investigation is complete.

Help in a Crisis

Often there is no one available in the immediate aftermath of a tragedy to guide the victims through these difficult hours. The TIP volunteer provides this necessary temporary support until persons involved in the crisis are able to depend on family, friends, neighbors, and other resources in the community.
