A man has died after his vehicle rolls over in western Las Vegas
Earlier this week in the western Las Vegas valley, a man was killed in a single-vehicle accident. At 4:31 p.m., police responded to reports of a crash on South Buffalo Drive, south of Alta Drive. According to evidence and witness statements, the 2003 Honda CRV was travelling northbound when it left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a curb, light pole, and several large landscaping rocks. The Honda overturned and ejected the driver, who was pronounced dead by medical personnel. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

The driver’s death marks the 24th traffic-related fatality in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s jurisdiction for 2023.
