Woman in road struck and killed in Las Vegas
A woman who was laying on the street in Sunset Park was killed Tuesday, according to police. She was struck by a tree trimming truck traveling eastbound near the park close to 2601 East Sunset Road. Unfortunately she was pronounced deceased on scene. According to authorities her name was Lynette Martinez and she was 40 years old. Police are still investigating why she was in the road and other details of this incident.
