Amezon Truck And Motorcycle Accident Leaves Two Injured In Reno
Reno police and Fire Departments were called to the scene of an accident Friday around 1:25 p.m. between a motorcycle and an Amazon delivery van.
The crash happened in downtown Reno on Ralston Avenue and West 6th Street.
Evidence from the investigation into the crash found that the motorcycle was trying to pass the Amazon Truck on the left while the delivery vehicle was trying to make a left-hand turn.
According to evidence, speed and unsafe motorcycle riding appear to be the cause of the accident.
The driver of the Amazon delivery truck remained at the scene and was cooperating with police. Both the driver of the motorcycle and passenger were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. This is an on-going investigation at this time.
