Brady is passionate about fighting to help those that are injured receive the full protection of the law and benefits rightfully due to them, whether those benefits are medical treatment and/or monetary relief. For the majority of his career, Brady has focused his practice on workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases.

The desire to help those injured in any type of accident stems from an experience earlier in his life. As a newlywed and young college student, Brady’s wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Thankfully, she did not require emergent medical services, but Brady and his wife’s only vehicle was totaled due to another driver’s negligence. Being young and without significant financial means, Brady and his wife fell victim to an insurance company who ignored a police report and refused to provide any financial recovery that would have allowed Brady’s wife to seek proper medical treatment and replace their totaled vehicle. The helpless feeling Brady was left with after his wife’s accident inspired him to attend law school in hopes that he would be able to protect himself and his family in the future.

Brady subsequently attended Gonzaga University Law School on a scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2015. Upon passing the bar exam that same year, Brady began practicing in Las Vegas. For several years, Brady worked as a defense attorney on behalf of insurance companies. However, Brady eventually realized that while he had achieved his goal of learning to protect himself and his family from the profit-driven tactics of insurance companies, there was still a gaping hole in his professional life because he was working against those who were being mistreated just like him and his family.

Becoming an advocate for individuals injured in accidents was one of the easiest decisions Brady ever made and he has never looked back. Not only does the knowledge and experience Brady gained while working as a defense attorney give him an advantage on every case he appears on, but Brady’s work is now magnified by recognizing his clients as people, just like his wife, who are dealing with the unknown and hardship that too often comes after an accident. Brady now finds genuine happiness in getting to know his clients on a personal level and fighting to make their lives better.

When Brady is not advocating for his clients, he loves spending time with his wife and three children. He especially loves coaching his kids’ sports teams and staying as active as he can.
