Laughlin Rollover Crash Leaves Two Dead, Sunday
On Sunday, September 6th early in the morning a rollover crash was reported on SR-163 near Laughlin. The crash happened at 4:06 a.m. on the eastbound highway at mile marker 7.
According to the initial investigation the crash involved a single SUV with three men in the vehicle. Reports indicate that the SUV rollovered killing two men, with a third man flown to a local hospital with critical injuries.
Eastbound lanes of SR-163 were closed at US-95 was closed for a tiem while the crash was investigated and cleaned up.
The crash is under investigation and the cause has not yet been determined. It is not known if impairment played a role or the vehicle had mechanical issues, police continue to investigate.
