Injuries reported in accident near Double Diamond Pkwy in Reno, NV

On Wednesday, March 20, there were confirmed injuries following a vehicle collision in the Reno area. The accident had occurred at the intersection of Double Diamond Parkway and Double R Boulevard early that morning at around 4:13 p.m. Emergency crews had been quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. At least one person involved in the crash had been hurt, but the number and severity of the related damages had not been determined. The injured parties had been treated by attending paramedics before being transferred to a local hospital by ambulance for further support. The roadway had been temporarily closed while emergency crews had worked to clear the scene. Tow trucks had later been dispatched to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties had been provided.

As of now, it is unknown what caused the collision or who was at fault. The investigation is ongoing and authorities have not released any further information. It is also unclear if there were any other vehicles involved in the accident. The severity of the injuries sustained by the involved parties is also unknown at this time.
