4 Vehicles involved in fatal accident in Las Vegas

At around 2 in the afternoon on Tuesday, police say four vehicles, a pickup, a utility truck, an SUV and a box truck were all involved in an accident on Cheyenne Ave. It appears the utility truck failed to stop while traveling northbound and struck the rear of a pickup truck killing it’s occupant as it then slammed into two vehicles in front of it as well. Officials said the driver of the pickup suffered major injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene.

Help in a Crisis

Following a traumatic event, people often feel helpless, confused, and experience emotional shock. They are confronted with a situation for which they are totally unprepared.

Often there is no one available in the immediate aftermath of a tragedy to guide the victims through these difficult hours. The TIP volunteer provides this necessary temporary support until persons involved in the crisis are able to depend on family, friends, neighbors, and other resources in the community.
