Nevada Traffic Accidents

Cheyenne Ave & Rampart BlvdAccording to recent traffic statistics, approximately 2.5 million auto collisions take place at intersections across the nation each year. This is equivalent to nearly 40% of the national accident rate. Intersections are indeed very dangerous places when considering traffic accidents. Having to cross another vehicle’s path is always a risky endeavor, especially when other drivers are engaging in negligent behaviors such as becoming distracted from the road or speeding. These are two of the most common causes of Nevada traffic accidents.

Another common cause of traffic accidents in Nevada is intoxicated driving which accounts for nearly 20% of the Silver State’s yearly traffic fatalities. When injuries are caused by negligence in traffic accidents, injured victims are usually able to collect substantial financial compensation for their injuries and losses.

Being injured by another person’s carelessness should never cost money. Contacting a Nevada personal injury attorney is the best way to secure full and fair financial compensation in the event that you or a loved one have been injured in a Nevada traffic accident. A skilled personal injury lawyer will help you to better understand your legal rights as an injured and innocent accident victim. You will also not be charged unless your lawyer secures you a just settlement amount, which could be entitled to you depending on the circumstances of your crash.

Depending on the severity of the collision, an injured accident victim and their family could be faced with towering medical bills and various damages and losses. In the event that an injured accident victim is seeking compensation, they should consider contacting a Nevada personal injury attorney in order to collect financial compensation for medical bills and other associated costs. Recoverable damages may include pain and suffering, medical bills, mental health treatment bills, and funeral costs, among others.
