Johnathan has a passion for fighting for the underdog. The best part of helping people through the legal process is giving them a sense of hope and relief, helping them get medical treatment and compensation for their injuries. His proudest accomplishments come in winning the unwinnable cases; the cases that most attorneys turn down and send somewhere else.

Johnathan is a 5th generation Nevadan, with roots in both Las Vegas and Reno. He went to middle school and graduated from McQueen High School in Reno, Nevada. He earned a Bachelor’s in University Studies with Dual Minors in Political Science and Business Law from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Johnathan completed his Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from University of Idaho College of Law. He has practiced law since 2013 and is proud to have been with Richard Harris Law Firm since 2018.

Johnathan is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, which does significant legislative advocacy and lobbying for Plaintiff’s rights. He believes a personal injury lawyer’s role is to serve as the voice of the people, helping to level the playing field against wealthy and powerful corporations, and bringing accountability and fairness in the community. Johnathan is a graduate of The Gerry Spence Method – one of the most prestigious trial lawyer colleges in the country – and has tried several cases in front of a jury. He has also received the nomination of Super Lawyers Rising Stars (Mountain States) 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Johnathan enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and yellow lab Norah. They love being outdoors and traveling. Johnathan enjoys playing golf, basketball, racquetball, and loves watching MMA, hockey, and football. He also plays the piano, drums, and guitar.
