Six Vehicle Crash Leaves One Hospitalized In Carson City
Traffic came to a standstill at approximately 4:00 p.m. Tuesday in Carson City as police investigated a six-car crash. The crash happened on US‑50 East near Arrowhead Drive and Centennial. The multi-vehicle pile up was responded to by multiple agencies including the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, The Nevada State Police , and the Nevada Department of Transportation, all on -hand to help with the investigation and accident clean up. First responders also provided a Care Flight helicopter on standby to assist emergency personnel.
One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation and has not been reported at this time. There were no other reported injuries.
