Motorcyclist taken to hospital after crash with a Porche Taycan near Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas

Sunday night July 2nd, a 29-year-old woman tragically died after crashing into a tree, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The crash occurred on N. Hollywood Boulevard, south of E. Stewart Avenue, around 1:55 a.m. The woman was driving a Toyota Matrix at a high speed with a 22-year-old passenger, Breanna. Police reported that the driver ”failed to maintain the travel lane and ran off the road to the right, where the vehicle collided with a tree.” Medical personnel arrived and transported the passenger to a hospital with ”serious injuries”, while the driver died at the scene.
