Head-On Semi -Truck Crash In Mesquite On The I-15 Thursday Morning
In the early morning hours of Thursday morning police were called to an accident involving two semi-trucks on the I-15 in Mesquite.
The Nevada Highway Patrol was dispatched to mile marker 107 of the I-15 in Mesquite at 2:11 a.m.
According to reports a crash occurs when a semi-truck crossed over the center median of the highway and hit another semi-truck head-on.
One of the drivers was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities closed the roadway in the area for over five hours to investigate the accident and cleanup the scene. There is no word on the cause of the crash or the extent of the injuries of the driver at the hospital. This is an ongoing investigation.
