Female motorcycle passenger killed near Mesquite, NV

On Thursday evening, a fatal accident occurred on Interstate 15, near mile marker 110, 10 miles south of Mesquite, Nevada. According to a statement from a public information officer to Channel 13, the accident happened at 5:42 p.m. and involved a motorcycle. The motorcycle had a male rider and a female passenger. The male rider was transported to St. George Hospital with moderate injuries, however, the female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene due to her injuries sustained in the crash. The woman’s identity has not yet been released.
