Driver killed during roll-over crash on I95 in Las Vegas, NV
The Nevada State Police responded to a single vehicle crash near Searchlight on Sunday morning. It was reported that a black Nissan sedan had rolled over on the U.S. 95, close to mile marker 34. Upon further investigation, it was found that the driver of the Nissan had been travelling northbound when, for unknown reasons, they had over corrected the steering, causing the vehicle to rotate counterclockwise. The vehicle continued to rotate and eventually entered the center dirt median, overturning and coming to rest in the southbound travel lanes. Tragically, the driver of the vehicle was identified as a male adult and succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash, being pronounced dead on the scene. Police have suggested that impairment may have been a factor in the crash.

Help in a Crisis
Following a traumatic event, people often feel helpless, confused, and experience emotional shock. They are confronted with a situation for which they are totally unprepared.
Often there is no one available in the immediate aftermath of a tragedy to guide the victims through these difficult hours. The TIP volunteer provides this necessary temporary support until persons involved in the crisis are able to depend on family, friends, neighbors, and other resources in the community.
