Driver in critical condition after accident near Sahara and Nellis
According to an LVMPD release, the crash had happened near E. Sahara Ave. and S. Nellis Blvd. at approximately 7:43 a.m. on Tuesday. Evidence at the scene, witness statements, and video surveillance had indicated that a 2018 Nissan Altima had exited a private drive onto the 4800 block of E. Sahara, traveling northbound. A 2017 Dodge Caravan had approached the private drive eastbound on E. Sahara and the crash had occurred when the Nissan had begun making a left turn onto E.
