Nevada Intersection Car Accidents
Intersections are a hotspot for serious car accidents across Las Vegas. Congested intersections and distracted drivers are a dangerous combination, and intersections are the site of a significant portion of vehicle collisions reported each year, despite making up a small fraction of roadways across the country. It only takes the actions of a single reckless driver to cause a serious car accident. According to statistics from the Federal Highway Administration, there are an estimated 2.5 million intersection crashes reported each year, accounting for roughly 40% of reported car accidents.
Even the most careful drivers can find themselves the victim of a serious accident, and it is crucial that those injured in Las Vegas car crashes pursue the compensation they deserve after being unfairly injured by a reckless driver. For most Nevada residents, driving is our primary form of transportation, and anytime you are traveling the streets of Las Vegas, the risk of a crash is always present. Despite this fact, most drivers are unsure of what to do in the event of a crash, and many accident victims are overwhelmed when pursuing a Nevada personal injury claim for compensation.
