Paradise, NV (August 17, 2020) – At approximately 1:53 p.m. yesterday afternoon, an auto accident caused injuries at an intersection in Paradise. 

First responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision that took place at the intersection of University Center Drive and Twain Avenue. 

It is believed that at least two vehicles were involved in a wreck at the intersection, though the total number of vehicles involved in the crash has not been disclosed by local news sources at this time. 

Paramedics assisted those with injuries at the crash site while police assessed the damages done to the vehicles in the wreck and investigated the cause and liability of the incident. Fire crews also worked to clear debris from the intersection so normal traffic could resume in the area. The intersection was closed for a period of time after the incident occurred but has since been reopened. 

No further information has been provided at the present time regarding the crash and its surrounding circumstances. 

A police investigation into the details and cause of the crash is currently underway.
