Las Vegas, NV (August 9, 2020) – Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on the afternoon of August 8, a car accident caused injuries to involved parties at an intersection in Las Vegas. 

The collision occurred at the intersection of Rock Springs Drive and Vegas Drive on Saturday afternoon. Injuries were reported to have resulted from the crash that took place for reasons still being investigated by local police. 

Paramedics were observed assisting injured victims at the site of the accident, although the number of people hurt has yet to be determined by local news sources. 

The identities of anyone involved in the wreck have not been released at the present time. 

The intersection was closed for a period of time after the collision occurred in order to allow police to assess damages and investigate the cause of the incident. 

No further details have been provided at this time. 

An investigation by local law enforcement officials is currently underway.
