McKay is blessed with the “gift of gab.” Since he was young, he knew the power of his words, and what it could accomplish when used for good. McKay knew he was supposed to help others with that power, and make a positive difference in their lives. “McKaiyn” también tiene el poder ayudar la comunidad, hablando directamente con los clientes en su proprio idioma.

McKay has a unique perspective on the personal injury process. He has walked in his clients’ shoes. Suffering numerous traumas and surgeries, and being a victim of unfair treatment, he has keen insights into the personal injury experience. McKay knows how to support clients through the process. He helps the severely injured in Nevada receive the justice they deserve, holds responsible parties accountable, and makes the community safer.

McKay is a Logandale Nevada native, and graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. There, he earned his degree in Communication with emphasis in Journalism, Public Speaking and Marketing, and minors in Marriage Family Therapy and Elementary Education. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. In law school, he received the highest grade in Torts (the basis of personal injury law), Advanced Torts, and Insurance Law.

Following school, McKay returned to his home state and found opportunities to serve injured people in Southern Nevada. McKay has worked in every law firm position since 2003. McKay has worked as a personal injury case manager and paralegal before law school, and after, has been an attorney recovering millions of dollars for his clients. He often gets more money than clients expect, and always with more care and compassion than they expect.

Outside of the office, McKay enjoys hiking or riding through the desert, playing with the pack of dogs who live with him, or traveling with his wife and children. He is always seeking the next fun adventure, and with the numerous accidents he has been in, he has learned to wear a helmet or seatbelt.
