Burke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. He has practiced law since December 2006, and his desire to protect those that cannot protect themselves inspired him to become an attorney. He joined the Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm in 2019.
As a personal injury lawyer, Burke strives to help victims and their families get their lives back after an accident, injury, or other misfortune. Burke believes that the most rewarding part of being an attorney is achieving justice and equality for people who are deserving yet are often denied access to the legal system. The highlight of his career has been helping those with meager means achieve the justice they deserve.
Burke has spent an extensive amount of time living abroad and has learned to appreciate diversity. When he isn’t working hard for his clients and spending time with his family, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and fly fishing. Burke is also an avid sports fan, and he cheers for the Vegas Golden Knights, the Golden State Warriors, and the Utah Jazz.
