Burke Huber began his career in Southern California where he practiced employment law for twelve years. His experience is extensive and he has a passion for championing the rights of employees who have been treated unfairly and unlawfully by their employers. Burke has handled discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistle blower and all species of wage and hour cases, just to name a few.
Mr. Huber is also passionate about taking on insurance companies in the pursuit of making personal injury victims whole again. His experience spans over a decade and across three states. Burke believes that the most rewarding part of being an attorney is achieving justice and equality for people who are deserving yet often denied access to the legal system. The highlight of his career has been helping those with meager means achieve the justice they deserve.
Burke has also lived abroad and has learned to appreciate diversity in all aspects of life. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and fly fishing. Burke is also an avid sports fan and loves to support the local teams in Las Vegas.Read full bio
