The event features a who’s who of international performers, up-and- comers, culinary masterminds, inspirational speakers, comedians and much more. Photo Credit: Life Is Beautiful Festival Electric Daisy Carnival The Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) moved from Southern California to Las Vegas in 2011 and flourished into the country’s largest music festival. Even if you’re not a fan of electronic dance music, this needs to be seen with its mil- lion-dollar stage productions, larger-than-life art displays, spunky theatrical performers and full-scale carnival rides. Photo Credit: Insomniac Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival Nestled on the south side of the Las Vegas Strip at Las Vegas Village, Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival is one of the most fun events in town. There’s silent disco line dancing and henna tattoo design, plus headliners like Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley. Photo Credit: Route 91 Harvest Festival iHeartRadio Music Festival The festival is broken up into two events, the iHeartRadio Daytime Village and iHeartRadio Music Festival. This is a great choice for the music fan who’s obsessed with top 40 and celebrity sightings. Past headliners include Ariana Grande, U2, Drake, Britney Spears, Billy Idol and more. Originally a showcase of alternative and punk artists, the festival now features other genres and is the longest running traveling music festival in the country. Photo Credit: Vans Warped Tour Rock in Rio USA A spin-off of Rio de Janeiro’s Rock in Rio festival, it was first held in Las Vegas in May 2015 with over 120 artists performing four days over two weekends.
